Online Booking

New Clients
Welcome! If you recently lost a loved one and aren’t sure what to do next, you’re in the right place. I help families—especially out-of-state relatives—navigate Florida probate with clarity, compassion, and efficiency.

By clicking the booking button above, you’ll be taken to a webpage where you will first be given the option to select the date and time and works best for you. Once that’s done, you’ll be asked to select whether you prefer a Zoom or Phone consultation. After your free consultation is booked, you’ll receive an immediate email confirming the consultation, an email and text reminder 1 day before the consultation, and an email and text reminder 30 minutes before the consultation.

In this difficult time, I want to do anything I can to make this process as smooth and simple as possible; so, feel free to email me anytime. I look forward to helping you!

New Client FAQ’s

No. You do not have to provide me with any documents before or at the consultation. However, it could help to speed up the process and allow me to provide more specific answers if you’re able to gather one or more of the following:
– A copy of the death certificate (if available)
– Any wills or trusts
– A list of known assets
– Names and locations of heirs
But don’t stress — if you don’t have all this yet, we’ll walk through it together.

Yes. You’ll meet with me, Eric Preston. I don’t use call centers, paralegals, or intake staff for consultations.

Absolutely. You can forward the Zoom link to other decision-makers. Just let me know in advance who will be joining.

No. My practice is fully remote. But I’ve helped hundreds of clients all over the country using Zoom, phone, e-signatures, and my simple client portal.

There’s no pressure but if you decide to move forward, I’ll send you a fee agreement and clearly explain the next steps. Most clients begin the process within 24–48 hours.

Zoom consultations may be rescheduled or canceled using the appropriate links attached to the confirmation email you receive when the consultation is booked. If you no longer have that email, feel free to email me directly to request a reschedule or cancellation.

Phone consultations may be rescheduled or canceled by emailing me directly to request a reschedule or cancellation.

Why Clients Choose Me

Choosing the right probate attorney matters. Here’s why my clients trust me to handle their probate case:

Most of my clients live outside Florida. I make it easy to handle everything from home. No travel. No courthouse. Everything is handled by phone, Zoom, e-mail, e-signature, and secure portal.

I have been successfully administering Florida probate cases for more than 12 years. Importantly, I don’t dabble. I focus almost exclusively on Florida probate cases. Over the years, I have built the knowledge base, skills, and relationships necessary to handle any situation that may arise as part of a probate case.

No hourly billing for ordinary probate matters. You’ll know the full cost up front — no surprises.

You’ll work directly with me — not a call center, paralegal, or associate attorney. The virtual nature of my practice allows me to take fewer cases and dedicate more time and attention to each client.
